Mindfulness-Based Strategic Awareness Training (MBSAT)
Important: New Format for 2020 MBSAT Teacher Training in Response to the Corona Crisis
The entire education system worldwide has been forced to adapt to the pandemic of COVID-19. Like most universities worldwide including institutions such as Harvard and Stanford, Singapore Management University (SMU) has put all courses online. In the wake of these changes the MBSAT Teacher Training has adjusted its program and the new format has been approved by SMU.
The changes are in fact very appealing for participants, because the shift to online teaching combined with an onsite module provides greater flexibility timewise and the costs are massively reduced.
In a nutshell, the key information is the following:
- The MBSAT TT definitely takes place in 2020 despite the corona crisis and the same high quality training as in 2018 and 2019 is ensured.
- The participants’ economic commitment is greatly reduced due to lower tuition and less expenses.
- Participants gain more flexibility with regard to time management.
